![]() Meanwhile though, maybe there will be some insight offered in this thread. I've been in 'research mode', so I haven't contacted Ableton support yet, but I will. (Yours is the first mention I've seen of this other than my own.) When outputting to the computer, the problem disappears, just as you said. ![]() I haven't updated that thread yet, but like you seem to have, I've discovered that this only happens when Ableton is using my audio interface (AudioBox USB 96) for input and/or output. On certain projects, Ableton is freezing for 1 to 3 seconds every time playback is stopped (which needless to say is something of a showstopper workflow-wise). I recently posted about a similar issue here. When exactly do the freezes occur for you? Is it arbitrary, or does it occur specifically (and perhaps only) right when you stop playback? I've tried turning off wifi/bt, putting the option.txt file in there, all to no avail! This only happens when the interface is plugged in - all works fine when the same session is running though the comp. ![]() I'm running Big Sur on a 2020 intel macbook pro, live 11.2.11, my sessions keep freezing (play stylus stays still while the audio keeps going for a while and is then unresponsive. ![]() I'm having a similar issue - at fist I thought it was my new Duet 3. Has anyone had any luck dealing with this? ![]()
